My name is Barbara Graver and I was diagnosed with autism in 2022. I had been writing for most of my life at that point but had never understood why long-form fiction was so very hard for me. Autism, as it turns out, is a key piece in that puzzle. I started this blog to share my own writing and personal experience with autism. I will also be talking about the relationship between autism and writing and the work of other autistic writers.
